Evaluasi Infrastruktur Publik dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Kepuasan Wisatawan di Gentala Arasy

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara kualitas infrastruktur publik, tingkat kepuasan wisatawan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di kawasan wisata Jembatan Gentala Arasy, Kota Jambi. Kawasan ini dipilih karena mencerminkan hubungan erat antara kebijakan pembangunan, ketersediaan fasilitas publik, dan partisipasi sosial masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan melibatkan 110 responden yang diperoleh melalui survei daring. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, korelasi Spearman, regresi OLS dengan robust standard error, serta Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Weighted TOPSIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan wisatawan berada pada kategori sedang (mean = 3,58), sedangkan kualitas infrastruktur tergolong rendah (mean = 2,77). Terdapat hubungan positif antara persepsi keamanan (ρ = 0,509) dan pemahaman konservasi (ρ = 0,494) dengan kepuasan wisatawan. Analisis IPA dan TOPSIS mengidentifikasi aspek pengelolaan limbah dan kebersihan sebagai prioritas utama perbaikan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara pembangunan fisik dan pemberdayaan sosial untuk mewujudkan destinasi wisata berkelanjutan di tingkat daerah.
