Pengaruh Masa Kerja dan Usia Terhadap Profil Psikologis Berdasarkan Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 di RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) berperan krusial dalam kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, namun evaluasi psikologis berdasarkan usia dan masa kerja masih jarang dilakukan, padahal kedua faktor ini berpotensi memengaruhi ketahanan psikologis pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh usia dan masa kerja terhadap profil psikologis pegawai di RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan berdasarkan hasil Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory 2 (MMPI-2) serta mengidentifikasi skala yang terkait dengan risiko psikologis dan fungsi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik kuantitatif dengan sampel 147 pegawai medis dan nonmedis yang dikategorikan berdasarkan usia dan masa kerja. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes MMPI-2 dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan regresi logistik ordinal untuk menilai hubungan dan pengaruh variabel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa masa kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap skor total MMPI-2 (p = 0,040), di mana setiap tambahan satu tahun masa kerja menurunkan risiko gangguan psikologis sebesar 4% (OR = 0,96). Usia tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p = 0,125). Skala MMPI-2 yang paling terkait adalah kecemasan (ANX) dan gangguan fungsi kerja (WRK). Model regresi memenuhi asumsi statistik (normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan proportional odds). Penelitian ini unik karena merupakan penggunaan pertama MMPI-2 di RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, memberikan data empiris baru untuk perencanaan rekrutmen, pelatihan, pembinaan, dan intervensi psikologis preventif dan promotif sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketahanan psikologis dan produktivitas SDM.
